I live in the Pittsburgh area with my amazing husband of 10 years and my young son, that we’re so grateful we were able to adopt. I was born and raised in Texas, and I bleed Maroon for the Texas A&M Aggies. My undergraduate degree is in Urban Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. Yes, you read that correctly, and no I don’t feel like explaining what it means or why I didn’t use it. I have a Masters degree in Counseling, and worked in the field for 8 years. Now I’m a full time wife and mother at the beginning of a new journey. I decided to start a blog to document this journey, help me develop and focus on my goals, and maybe inspire some people along the way.
